Loading Dock Rehabilitation (Awarded Option)

• Structural Repairs: Reinforce and repair deteriorated concrete structures of the loading dock to restore integrity and durability.
• Surface Refinishing: Removal of damaged surfaces and resurfacing with new, high-strength concrete to enhance durability and aesthetics.
• Metal Components Restoration: Replacement or repair of corroded metal elements, including railings, dock bumpers, and safety barriers.
• Drainage Improvements: Installation of proper drainage systems to prevent water accumulation and enhance longevity.
• Safety Enhancements: Addition of non-slip surfaces and high-visibility markings for improved worker and vehicle safety.
• Painting & Sealing: Application of weather-resistant coatings to protect against environmental damage and extend lifespan.
• General Site Cleanup: Removal of debris and ensuring a clean and operational workspace upon completion.
