Upgrades to Hard and Soft Landscaping

  • Modification and replacement of pathways, green spaces, and associated landscaping elements.

General Construction and Renovation Work

  1. Demolition and Site Preparation 
    • Removal of existing hardscape elements such as paving, railings, and retaining walls.
    • Clearing and grading of designated areas in preparation for new installations.
  2. Installation of New Infrastructure 
    • Concrete Curb Installation: New smooth concrete curbs reinforced with rebar and expansion joints at regular intervals.
    • Retaining Wall Construction: Installation of a concrete retaining wall with a smooth finish.
    • Paving Replacement: New light-duty concrete paving for pedestrian pathways.
    • Tree Protection Measures: Installation of tree preservation fences to protect existing vegetation during construction.
  3. Safety and Accessibility Improvements 
    • Installation of handrails and guardrails to improve pedestrian safety.
